Assistant Referee Program
Becoming an Assistant Referee (AR) is an excellent way to support local soccer!
Pegasus FC is required to have two AR's at all Fall and Spring 9v9 and 11v11 home games.
To become an AR, an individual needs to be at least 13 years old and complete the list of requirements below. Payment for games completed will be mailed to the AR at the end of the fall and spring seasons.

W9 FormList Item 1
All Pegasus FC AR's need an up to date W9 on file - please email your completed and signed W9 to David Gibson at david@pegasusfc.org.

Work PermitList Item 2
All Pegasus FC AR's under the age of 16 need a valid work permit on file. To obtain an intent to employ letter, please email David Gibson at david@pegasusfc.org.

Referee CertificationList Item 3
All Pegasus FC AR's need to have their referee certification. If you have any questions on certification, please contact David Gibson at david@pegasusfc.org
